4:30PM: Transportation Pick-Up

Transportation will be provided from Calgary Courtyard South hotel to the venue as well as from the venue back to the hotel in the evening. The venue is about a 15-20 minute drive from the Calgary Courtyard South hotel. If you are planning to drive to the venue please try to arrive by 4:45PM.

5:15PM: Ceremony

The ceremony will begin shortly after 5:00PM.

6:00PM: Cocktail Hour

Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour. Guests are welcome to spend time socializing at the cocktail area as well as take time to explore the beauty of the Saskatoon Farm.

7:00PM: Reception

Following cocktail hour there will be a reception which will include dinner and dancing.

10:30PM: Transportation

Transportation will be provided from the Saskatoon Farm back to the Calgary Courtyard South hotel for little ones or anyone who has had their fill of dancing by 10:30PM. Guests are welcome (and encouraged) to stay until midnight when the second evening transportation will be provided.

Midnight: Transportation

Last call! The last transportation provided will leave the venue at 12:15PM.

Notes:

Everyone is welcome to use the transportation provided! Please keep in mind that the venue is difficult to access by taxi and you may not be able to guarantee a taxi following the reception. The transportation provided will return guests to the city where taxis are available if you are not able to stay with us at our accommodations.

If you are planning to park at the venue and leave your car overnight, please let us know so that we can notify the venue.
